Where Science Meets Stress Management

I recently discovered an awesome organization called HeartMath. It began with a group of scientists who sought to understand the credible scientific connection between our heart, our emotions, and our health. They’ve developed training, and tools to help us with stress management, but more than this, they have helped propel mind-body research to new levels.

We actually have a measurable energy field that radiates at least 5-8 feet from us, so it’s easy to see why we impact each other so greatly through our kindness and with our stress. ;) Being aware of what we emonaye and how it impacts our environments can be a worthwhile awareness.
